Meet Me - Brittany
Hi there, I’m Brittany. I recently started on this adventure with Off the App Dating as an Event Coordinator. Here’s a little background about myself and how I came to accept this newest calling in my life.
I met my husband in college and we have been married for ten years. Together we have three beautiful boys whom I love dearly. They truly have been one of my biggest accomplishments in my life. My oldest is nine, my middle is six and my youngest is three. I have been blessed with staying home with them for the last nine years. Apart from my role as stay at home mom, I worked part time in the hospitality field for many years. From being a waitress, bartender and barista, I loved meeting new people and forming lasting friendships and connections throughout the community.
More recently I was in a position in my life where I just wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do next. My youngest was turning three and becoming more independent, and with school right around the corner for him, it was time for me to begin the search for my next adventure. Insert Cassandra. I met her when she moved into my neighborhood after marrying her husband. We would occasionally grab lunch, in hopes of forming another great friendship. During one of our lunch outings she told me about all her ideas and plans for Off the App. I was so inspired by her and loved her determination. I told her if she ever needed any help with anything to reach out to me and I’d gladly help where I could. Fast forward to the night before her first event. She called me in a bit of a panic and asked if I’d be willing to help her out with the event. Without hesitation my answer was, YES! After that first event, I was hooked and so intrigued by what she was determined to bring to our community. The rest is history and I haven't missed an event since!
I wholeheartedly believe that Off the App has a wonderful future here in our community. Everyone deserves to find love, and what better way to do that than in a safe and supporting environment. I am so thankful to be a part of this journey with Cassandra. Dating can be scary, nerve racking, and just down right hard, but that's what Cass and I are here for. Let us help you find your person!
